A. Cancellation policy

1.       Cancellation Policy

You have the right to withdraw this contract within one hundred days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is one hundred days from the date on which you have taken, or a representative of your third party, who is not the carrier, obtained the goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must contact us (Belladonna LebensArt, Winterhuder Marktplatz 7b, 22299 Hamburg info@holistikum.de, Phone: 040-46960929) by means of a clear statement (eg a letter of sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
In order to observe the revocation period it is sufficient for you to send the message about the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal deadline.

2.       Consequences of cancellation

If you withdraw from this contract, we give you all the payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than that offered by us expensive type of standard delivery have), and must be repaid immediately at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notice is received through your cancellation of this contract with us. For this repayment, we use the same method of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you explicitly agreed otherwise; in any case you will be charged fees for this repayment. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You have to return the goods promptly and in any event not later than one hundred days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract to us or to Belladonna LebensArt, Winterhuder Marktplatz 7b, 22299 Hamburg or pass. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the deadline of one hundred days. We will bear the cost of returning the goods. You only need to pay for any diminished value of the goods, if the deterioration in value is due to a not necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods dealing with you.

3.       Disqualification from the right to cancellation (§ 312g, BGB) / (German law)

(2) The right of withdrawal, unless the parties have agreed otherwise, not with the following contracts:
1.    Contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for their production of an individual choice or decision by the consumer is important or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer,

6. Contracts for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal was removed after delivery,
7. Contracts for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts,

4.       General information

Please avoid damage and contamination of the product. Send the goods if possible in their original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components to us. Use a protective outer packaging. If you do not have the original packaging, please provide a suitable package for adequate protection against damage during transportation to avoid a sufficient compensation claims because of damage due to faulty packaging.
2.       If possible do not send the goods  unfree to us. We provide free DHL return slip via email or by mail, provided that the return costs are not borne by you.
3.       Please note that the above paragraphs 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

  • (*) The shipment of products up to 31 kg is usually done as a parcel with insurance as shown on the list above, if allowed by size (120x60x60 cm) and weight (max. 31 kg).
    The shipping costs for dissenting sizes and weights, as well as parcels to non-EU-countries are calculated in each case.
  • Small parts can be shipped via letter starting at Euro on demand. Please note: the letter has no insurance and we assume no liability for damage/loss.
  • If the customer specified a wrong/incomplete address (e.g. wrong city code, wrong house number, etc.), the additional costs for the delivery will be charged at the expense of the customer.

  • The shipment will take place inbetween workdays (monday-friday, holidays excluded) after issuing the payment order at the transferring bank (payment in advance) and accordingly after making a contract (purchase on account).
  • The estimated delivery period depends on several parameters, like delivery address, mode of shipment, etc. To calculate the estimated delivery period we add the duration of the bank transfer and the regular shipping time by our carrier. Please take account of the addition of weekends and holidays.
